
RETURNS & REFUNDS
At Tipsie, we are committed to ensuring you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions for Returns:
To qualify for a return, please ensure:
- The item is unopened, unused, in its original packaging and in the original condition you received it.
- You provide your original order number as proof of purchase.
- The item is returned within 14 days of delivery.

We will provide approval and instructions for your return. Please do not send any items back to us without prior approval as these returns will not be processed.
Return Shipping:
For faulty items, we will provide a complimentary return shipping label. To initiate a return, please:
- Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Contact us via email at contact@tipsie.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos.
For all other returns (including change of mind, incorrect sizing, etc.), you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
Refunds, Exchanges and Store Credit:
Refunds will be issued for faulty items as we are committed to ensuring you receive a quality product. For change of mind, a store credit will be issued.
For exchanges, a store credit will be issued to you once the return has been processed and you can use the credit to resubmit a new order.
Sale items are final. Unfortunately, no returns or exchanges will be accepted for these items unless they are faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days once we have received and inspected the returned item. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note there may be a processing time for your bank to complete the refund.
